Coventry Design Under Construction

Roof panel are spread out and painted with two coats dry wall primer & two coats of finish ceiling white.  So after installation, the ceiling is completely finished with no need for taping.

Air pathways are manufactured into the roof panels so that soffits can vent up to the ridge vent for proper shingle ventilation.

Here, Wes is installing 2x4's to the edge of each wall panel before installing them onto the  post & beam frame.

Note the wire chase in the panel for electrical wiring.

All wall panels are treated with one coat of primer before installation.  This saves time for the painter when working around the timbers.

Panels are installed on one section of the home and the roof is tar papered in only one and a half days.  Afterwards, the windows will be located and drawn out on the inside sheetrock for the home owner to approve in case they would like to move them before they are cut out and installed.

The finished home!
