The Kelsey design is a cross between our Vineyard model and a saltbox. It features a big open kitchen and dining area, mud room/laundry room, bedroom, greatroom with hammer-truss beam, and a fireplace with exposed chimney through the cathedral ceiling.

 The 2nd floor has two bedrooms with separate baths, master bedroom with walk-in closets, deck, and a beautiful master bath.

Above the garage could be used as an office or in-law apartment with separate entrance.
