	The Vineyard -- a "raised cape" -- is an expanded version of the New Englander. It offers over 2400 sq. ft, offering a bright, open floor plan. Features included a formal dining room, expansive living area and kitchen, master bedroom suite and cathedral ceilings in all the bedrooms. NOTE: The Style "B" of the Vineyard includes an attached garage and breezeway.
Here's a nice variation to the above design that includes a 300 square foot "L" extension for the kitchen: Vineyard design with the "L" addition in the rear. The following photos show a variation of the Vineyard design with a gabel roof. *Return to Designs Front Page*
